current version they managed to repeat one index page and miss two others - it also needs re
paginating due to text drift under some illustrations when printed - it's on my list of to do's.
Currently LuLu won't let me in because I have a different email account and I neglected to hard
copy the password, it was on the computer that drowned in fizzy orange, I am currently
negotiating access, it is annoying because before Lulu changed their system it was plastered
with a not yet proofed warning-which is exactly what I wanted.
Due to problems with illegal copying I am not currently selling the e-book version but it is
available for contributors.
