I have a 62 page, (A4 Normal Arial 10pt.), source index that I am slowly sorting into what is most useful for other collectors; so there will be other works joining these web pages soon. Don't forget I need YOUR contributions and corrections NOW! Please remember to send in complete titles & dates (titlle page of book or magazine should be included wherever possible); the articles books etc. mentioned on these pages which have incomplete references are ( I hope) exactly as they came to me or as they appeared in the source!
