Risler & Co.  Friedberg I.B. had entries London CD's. 1903-1904 listing them at 138 Minories E they have no entry 1905-1909 then appear again in 1910-1912 at 46 Queen Victoria St. EC and carried the additional information: Agent J. L. Rominger subsequent entries were under the name of said agent  Rominger Welsh & Co. Ltd.    At  46 Queen Victoria St. EC 1913-1921 & at 9 Noble St. EC4 1922-1930.   describing themselves as Sole agents for leading manufacturers of:  

Agate, [1913-1930];,  China, [ 1913-1930], ]; Composition, [1913-1930];  Glass, [1913-1930];  Galalith, [1913-1916 ]; Horn, [1917-1924];  Imitation bone [1913-1916 then as Bone 1917-1924];  Metal buttons, [1913-1930]; Moulds wooden, [1913-1930]; Nut, [ 1914-1916];  Pearl, [1914-1930];  Studs, [1913-1925]; Vegetable ivory, [1917-1930

Fig.  201, 1913-1915. Fig. 202  1916-1924 no TM is entered in 1925.  returns to 201  1926-1930  [Gap in my records 1931].

Thereafter the true owner of 201 becomes apparentRominger disappears replaced by a new entry for :
